The Seva School was founded in 2014 and in early September 2016 Ofsted made its first full inspection visit. Three inspectors visited the school and looked at all areas of operation.
Positive comments were made about teaching and learning and the behaviour and engagement of pupils. Also positive in the report was that pupils feel safe and secure in school. Unfortunately, the report also identified less positive areas. We were already addressing many of the issues identified by Ofsted and we have put in place a new leadership team and implemented robust procedures and longer term plans. We are confident we are moving forward positively and speedily.
